Lozenets Residence is a luxury residential multifunctional building. It stands out for its memorable silhouette, as well as its functionality and presentation of its interior spaces.The purpose is to create an innovative building in the spirit of organic architecture with a high standard of living that recreates Bulgarian tradition in a new original way that is innovative and environmentally friendly architectural solutions.
The new building mainly houses luxury homes but also offices, multifunctional hall, swimming pool, restaurant and more.
DECIBEL prepared the design, prescription and delivery of soundproofing systems and acoustic solutions for residential and functional spaces in the building, in order to maximize occupant comfort.
